By accessing or playing The Slow Cycle Race, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not play the game.

2. Subscription and Pro Rider Status

We offer optional "PRO RIDER" subscriptions billed monthly or yearly.

• Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.
• All purchases unlock digital cosmetics (e.g., Neon Tron Bike, Ghost Rider) and remove advertisements.
• Because these are immediate digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances or if required by local law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. User Conduct

When participating in multiplayer lobbies or leaderboards, you agree not to:

• Use exploits, memory editors, or cheats to artificially inflate trackstand times or manipulate physics.
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames.

We reserve the right to ban accounts or wipe leaderboard scores that violate these rules.

4. Liability and Changes

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify gameplay mechanics, physics calculations, or subscription pricing at any time to improve the ecosystem.
